The team at TrainEd have experience working with older learners.
We have attended careers fairs at educational settings and planned trips out on the railway to inspire a new generation of railway staff. Rail confidence trips have been planned so that learners can be confident travelling by rail to university and college sessions as well thinking about applying for job roles in nearby towns and cities. Some of our colleges have undertaken live briefs set for them by contacts in the rail industry, for example marketing campaigns. Some settings have organised pop-up shops at stations and organised fun events for passengers.
