Following on from the success of 100 Women 100 Journeys, Community Rail Lancashire completed a sequel, 100 More Women, 100 More Journeys in 2024. Again, the team worked with Women’s Aid to raise funds for the charity and raise awareness of the Rail to Refuge programme.

A collection of community and youth groups will be working with sound artist James Mabbett to explore the sounds of the railway in East Lancashire.

Autism Friendly Stations is a project funded by Northern, building on ongoing work to make rail travel more accessible for Autistic people. It has focused on 3 railway stations: Blackburn, Manchester Victoria and Manchester Oxford Road.
