School Sessions

Information about our school sessions delivered by our engaging and experienced team.

TrainEd has 5 qualified teachers working in its team.

We can visit Early Years settings right up to Secondary Schools and plan sessions suited to your students. We have a dressing-up case to bring to our sessions which contains uniform, flags, whistles, horns and dispatch batons! Our tailor-made slide shows will teach children about rail safety, careers, sustainability, and rail confidence. We also have a selection of activities to bring to engage young people in STEM – for example our interactive Intelino Smart Train.

Inspiring Workshops and Trips

Once a class has taken part in a workshop in school, we can provide a fully costed local train trip to put their new-found skills into practice. We have links with many industry contacts, so can organise career inspiration trips for older pupils. Sometimes schools undertake longer-lasting projects with us and produce beautiful artwork to brighten up stations.
