This week, the whole country were celebrating Community Rail Week and at Community Rail Lancashire, the TrainEd team kept busy getting involved in a number of activies.

On Monday, Community Rail Lancashire celebrated 25 years of being involved with Community Rail. A celebration was held in the bunker and staff, directors and friends gathered to hear about the achievements made over the past quarter of a century whilst eating a lush buffet and eating a specially made cake!

Over the rest of the week, officers have taken school groups on trips, gathered at Manchester Piccadilly to talk about rail travel and careers with passengers and held special events at stations.
