The Feel Good Field Trip program is back up and running after a break over Easter. Dave had an early start travelling over to Llandudno Junction to meet a Y6 class from Ysgol Tudno. Dave was joined by Community Rail Officer – Karen Williams who works for the Conway Valley CRP and Joanna Buckley from Avanti. The group travelled on an Avanti West Coast train to Chester then a new Merseyrail train to Liverpool James Street.

We had a fantatsic tour of the Royal Liver Building with amazing views over the city, lunch at the Fab4Cafe and a 50 min cruise on the Mersery Ferry. The group then had a guided tour back through the city to Liverpool Central where they caught the train back to Chester.

Catherine has also been very busy delivering rail safety assemblies to 530 primary aged pupils!
