Catherine, Karen and Dave from Community Rail Lancashire supported Network Rail at their stand at the Great Yorkshire Show on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week. The team were joined by members of staff from other rail operators, Network Rail and the British Transport Police. During the show staff talked to visitors to raise awareness of the dangers near the railway, hand out leaflets/rail safety books and test knowledge with a quiz. The BTP also had a police car with them which was a hit with children and adults!
