This week Karen went to St Luke’s CofE Primary School in Bradford about safety on Transport for London Underground ahead of their upcoming residential!

She also introduced the Global Rail Pals project which she is working on with Michel Lintermans in the Netherlands and Kyle Evans at Queensland Rail. Year 6 at St Luke’s are making pen pals with Y6 children in Deurne, NL and Brisbane, Australia. They will write to each other about the railway in their part of the world.

It was great to see all the smiling faces wearing Network Rail Northern and Avanti West Coast uniform.
