On Thursday Dave delivered the last Feel Good Field Trip. Since January 2023 there have been 215 trips for over 5200 pupils aged 5-18 at over 40 different destinations.

For the final trip, 60 pupils and 10 staff from St Margarets School, Heywood had a trip to London. Despite a delayed start after their coach broke down at school, 60 very excited Year 5 & 6 pupils and 10 staff arrived at Manchester Piccadilly for a memorable trip to London! For many of the children, it was their first time visiting the capital and even their first experience on a train. The excitement was contagious as we raced down the West Coast Mainline!

At Euston, we were joined by the wonderful Daisy, Carmen, JoJo and Rob from Avanti West Coast. Together, we took our group of 70+ on the London underground to the Tower of London for an engaging workshop and a chance to see the Crown Jewels. A real highlight for many was the open-top bus tour where they got to see iconic landmarks like Big Ben and Downing Street.
